Processing

  1. We begin with the cut and harvesting of the leaf. Once we finish this process we gather the Aloe leaves in boxes and take them to the warehouse of raw materials.

    1. In the warehouse, the Aloe leaves are inspected and selected qualitatively until they fulfill the requirements of specified size and quality.

    2. The maximum temperature of the warehouse is of 25º C using a special air conditioning system. These conditions avoid the leaves' decomposition with a high temperature method.

  2. Once the leaves have been selected, we wash them through a continuous water circulation. They are manually brushed, in order to eliminate the dirt and other impurities that impregnate during the harvest and transportation.

  3. Once the leaves are clean they are placed in the disinfection band where a disinfectant of nutritional degree is used for the final disinfection.

  4. Once disinfected, all the leaves are gathered and we cut out the thorny ends, skin and leave a completely clean filet.
